Shipping Policy
Shipping/Freight Policy
Shipping/Freight of a Decked System bought by a consumer is free anywhere in Australia.
This is done through Allied Express and generally will take up to 5 business days [possibly longer to more remote locations].
If delivery is to a business address, it is assumed that normal business hours and delivery can occur between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
If delivery is to a residential address, an appointment will need to be made by the consumer with the freight company to arrange delivery.
Please note that responsibility for shipping/freight by Decked Australia Pty Ltd.
DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Any redelivery fee for missed appointments
- Relocating the system from the delivery address to another location
- Any unusual delivery address features – gates, security, low trees
Make sure to inspect freight for any damage, indicate superficial damage to carton on delivery receipt and/or refuse shipment altogether if damage to product is visible.

Return Policy
RETURNS POLICY
Returns of Decked Systems and accessories must be made within 30 days of receiving the shipment
All products returned are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase and return freight expenses.
If the product has been opened and is not in its original condition, returns will be subject to any associated costs for repackaging and missing parts replacement.
Products which have been un-cartoned and assembled in any manner will not be eligible for any return

Warranty
WARRANTY POLICY
DA warrants to the original purchaser of this product that the product will be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 3 years from the date of the original purchase. If within 3 years from the original date of purchase this product fails due to defect, DA will replace any defective part at no cost
The original purchaser must contact DA Customer Service and provide a description of the defective part including digital pictures if requested with the original purchase documentation as validation or have previously activated the warranty online.
The warranty does NOT apply to:
- Damage due to misuse or mishandling
- Products not used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations
- Products not assembled or installed in accordance with the manufacturers instructions
