TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to the access to and use of this website and set out the terms and conditions of the supply by DA of product
- When you place an order on this website, DA will confirm receipt of the order by email. A copy of the order confirmation should be kept for future reference
- DA will confirm shipment details within 2 business days following confirmation of payment. In some circumstances, DA may not be able to fill an order – unavailability of goods, delivery address outside Australia. DA will notify you by email in such circumstances
- DA only sells and ships products within Australia.
- Delivery can take up to 10 business days from the date your payment of cleared funds has been received
- Unless DA is notified to the contrary by email or telephone within 14 days of delivery of products and such notification is confirmed within 5 business days thereafter, the products will be deemed to have been accepted by you.
- Unless otherwise agreed [ and subject to the circumstances set out in Item 7, DA will deliver the products to the address advised on your order confirmation.
- In some remote/regional areas, carriers will only deliver bulky items to the nearest transport depot. In this circumstance, you will receive notification that the delivery is available for collection from the transport depot
- The cost of freight is included in the purchase price of the product
- The delivery is by courier. Products will not be left at an unattended address. The courier requires a signature to confirm receipt. If no one is available, a card will be left and the product then held at the nearest courier depot. The customer is responsible for collecting the product or paying an additional charge for re-delivery.
- All accessories included as part of the order will be delivered separately to the SKU.
