GENERAL QUESTIONS
What does weatherproof mean?
Our Drawer Systems are weatherproof, but you can still get some water in them (they don’t seal like Tupperware). Anything that is airborne, like mist, dust, or really fine particle snow can get in the drawers—usually in small amounts. In most cases the drawers will stay dry, but be mindful in certain conditions (e.g. car washes).
Will DECKED Products affect the paint on my bed?
Anything you put in the back of your truck can scratch or wear the paint, including a Drawer System, Tool Box, or CargoGlide. DECKED products may blemish your paint and possibly even scratch it a little if grit gets underneath them. This is not typically an issue for our customers, and only light cosmetic damage can be expected, if any.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing through several BNPL services that can be accessed during the checkout section
What is high density polyurethane (HDPE)?
DECKED spent 18 months investigating materials that would work best for our Drawer System and Tool Box. We chose to use High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) to build our Drawer Systems and Tool Boxes due to its extremely durable composition and weatherproof nature. We add a UV enhancer to the HDPE in our Drawer Systems and Tool Boxes to protect them from the sun’s harmful rays. Our HDPE components are precision formed, meticulously engineered, and supported by a steel subframe – resulting in products that last long and work as hard as you do.
Can I install a Yakima or Thule on my DECKED system?
Yes! If you are looking to permanently mount tracks that provide a strong, low-profile attachment point for Yakima or Thule rack systems, we have you covered. Our T-Track 6063 T5 aluminum alloy, is anodized clear and will fit a Drawer System. The track length is 48″ (for 5’5″ truck beds) or 58″ long (for 6’6″ truck beds), 1 5/8″ wide and .45″ tall, and can be oriented towards the cab side or tailgate side of your truck bed. These T-tracks have been custom manufactured to align with the steel tubes in your Drawer System. Each set of T-tracks comes with two tracks and stainless steel mounting screws.

A set of four Control Towers

COMPATIBILITY
Does DECKED fit Australian midsize utes like the Hilux, Ranger, Colorado or Triton?
Yes! DECKED fits Australian midsize utes including like HiLux, Ranger, Amarok, D-Max, BT50 etc. Each DECKED system is designed to custom fit your truck like a glove and is easily removed or reinstalled.
What ute models and years do DECKED products fit?

Why don’t I see my vehicle in the selector?
If you don't see your vehicle in our selector, it's because we do not make a DECKED product specifically for it yet.
Our engineers included the widest range of vehicles for each make / model / year and bed length possible to work within our systems specifications. DECKED cannot support the installation of a system into a vehicle for which it is not designed, and we do not do custom orders. If you're vehicle isn't in the list just sign up to the website or send us an email.
Do DECKED products fit my van?
Our custom cut work Drawer Systems and CargoGlide are specifically designed for Australia’s favourite vans from Mercedes-Benz, Ford, and Fiat.
The Drawer System or CargoGlide WILL NOT FIT extended vans or Transit vans with dual rear wheels. The dual rear wheels will protrude inbound into the space where our drawers reside.
INSTALLATION
Can I install DECKED products myself?
DECKED products have been built to ship in a way that helps reduce costs to you. Unlike the rocking horse you got your kid for Christmas, the assembly process for DECKED products is fairly straightforward but needs to be done in the right order. We highly recommend that you read the installation instructions.
We made it as easy as possible: less words, more pictures. DECKED products are pretty big and sort of heavy so YES, please get somebody to help you for just a couple of steps. We don’t want you to get hurt.

Where can I get DECKED products installed for me?
You can order DECKED products through this website and then take it to your nearest dealership to have them install it for you for an installation charge. Find your nearest DECKED dealership here.

Do I need to drill any holes to install a DECKED Drawer System or CargoGlide in my vehicle?
Full-size utes require no drilling to install a Drawer System. We have designed and engineered the Drawer System to use your full-size ute’s existing tie-downs. Utes with 8' beds do require drilling on the cab side of the bed.
Only some mid-size utes and vans may require a small amount of drilling to install depending on the make, model and year. In every case it is only a minor amount (4-6 holes) and our instructions offer clear guidance as to how do this properly.
The CargoGlide install requires between six to eight drills into your truck bed, depending on truck length.

Do you ship DECKED products across Australia?
Yes we ship to every corner of Australia. To make the freight as cheap as possible we suggest having them sent to a business address or emailing us and asking to collect from your closest depot

How much does DECKED shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated through a freight platform that compares 30+ freight providers nationally, selecting the cheapest and best for your region
How long will it take to get my DECKED products?
Every DECKED system is shipped out of our Brisbane warehouse, so once the panels for your vehicle have been custom cut at our Brisbane facility, it's just the freight time between SEQ to your location.
