Our Shipping Policy
Shipping for DECKED Australia products is done through Machship Freight Solutions and is chosen from a range of freight providers depending on location and order. Lead time is roughly 8 business days as the panels are now custom cut per vehicle/per order here in Australia.
If delivery is to a business address, it is assumed that normal business hours and delivery can occur between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. DECKED strongly suggests having large order sent to business addresses as freight companies can charge more for residential deliveries of large items.
If delivery is to a residential address, an appointment will need to be made by the consumer with the freight company to arrange delivery.
Shipping does not include:
- Any redelivery fee for missed appointments
- Relocating the system from the delivery address to another location
- Any unusual delivery address features—gates, security, low trees
Make sure to inspect freight for any damage, indicate superficial damage to carton on delivery receipt and/or refuse shipment altogether if damage to product is visible.
